Junior members may invite friends to join the fun. 21 10th Annual Scavenger Hunt on Lake Union This scavenger hunt is a competitive and fun summer event perfect for singles, pairs or groups. Teams of 10 cruise around Lake Union in electric Duffy boats searching for the answers to a list of clever clues during this "Clue- less in Seattle" escapade. The first team to return to the dock with the most correct answers wins the game. The scavenger hunt features new clues each year, so everyone has a fair shot. Food, sweets, bottled water, and soda are included on each boat, but you can also bring your own beer, wine, music, decor, or additional food to spark creative thinking. u Friday; 6–9 pm; $68; cancel by July 11 26 Dock Night Concert at College Club Seattle Contact Club Programs for availability. u Wednesday; 6–9 pm; $39; cancel by July 19 AUGUST 07–10 WAC Juniors Summer Camp: Be Creative Do something creative every day. This camp lets your child express their artistic side! Cupcake decorating, ceramic art painting, a chocolate factory tour, and more will keep the budding artists entertained. The days will be filled with a variety of craft projects, music, and dance along with other artistic endeavors. Junior members may invite friends to join the fun. 12 Discovering Georgetown Located between the Industrial District and Boeing Field, Georgetown is one of Seattle's oldest neighbor- hoods. Experience its history and quirky culture with an hour-long guided tour of the Georgetown Steam Plant. Unused for 60 years, this 110-year-old national historic landmark's gritty authenticity transports you back to the days when steam powered our town. Following the tour, enjoy brunch and mimosas at Brass Tacks. Then, visit Rainier Glass Studio to see the colorful Blythe Duckies, whose proceeds go toward fighting cancer. Afterward, explore the Trailer Park Mall, where vintage trailers house an assortment of eccentric goods.
