Persian Immersion Cooking Class at Hipcooks Seattle
Thursday, February 2 & Friday, February 3
Members immersed themselves in regional flavors and foods in hands-on cooking classes that were educational, entertaining
and delicious. At the end, we all enjoyed the fruits of our labor with courses that included chicken stewed with walnuts and
pomegranate, and rosewater-cardamom ice cream.
