How to save money? You can save up to $20 by selecting seats after the first two aisle seats on the main floor or near the front of the mezzanine. Where to park and dine? Season subscribers to The 5th receive complimentary parking in the WAC Garage during their ticketed shows. That makes it easy to dine here, too. I suggest the small plates menu—I love the variety and the food comes quickly. This year's must-see? The Secret Garden, April 14–May 6, directed and cho- reographed by our own David Armstrong, just received rave reviews during its holiday run in Washington, D.C. Where to sit? I enjoy the third row, where I feel connected with the performers but don't feel too close. The best view for kids? Choose an inside aisle seat in the orchestra right or orchestra left section. Rows G–P should be perfect. Those inside aisle seats get a clear view of the stage regardless of who sits in front of you. Kids must be at least 4 years old to attend. How to make a quick escape? Get seats close to Row S in orchestra left. The exit door is at the end of the row. Where's the best view? The mezzanine overhang begins at Row N. You'll have a better view if you sit in front of that. Tips for kids? Grab a chair cushion to boost their view. They are usually lined up near the auditorium entrance. When to buy tickets? Club Programs closes ticket sales for Paramount shows two weeks before the show run begins. For a first look at WAC tickets, sign up for our Hot Tickets email. Send an email to clubprograms@wac.net and write "Hot Tickets" in the subject line. "These theaters exist because people care about them," WAC member and 5th Avenue producer and artistic director David Armstrong says. "It's interesting to look back at how these cultural organi- zations—and I consider the WAC one—contribute to making Seattle what it is over all that time."
