SPRING 2016 | Washington Athletic Club Magazine | 7 Take us out to the ballgame! The WAC is taking over Safeco Field for an evening of America's favorite pastimes—baseball, ballpark food, and beer! We'll start at Shawn O'Donnell's in Pioneer Square for pregame snacks and drinks. From there, journey to Safeco Field for a private party at Lookout Landing. Event includes pregame appetizers and one drink, game ticket, ballpark buffet (burgers, hot dogs, salads, chips and dips, peanuts, and more), and two beer tickets. Must be 21 or older. 5:30–9:30 pm • Cost: $75; noncancelable/nonrefundable Spend Friday night with your family and a hundred of your closest friends! Whether your kids are toddlers or tweens, they'll love our 8th Floor takeover, including bounce house, mini golf, giant slide, and toddler- only playroom. Hungry? It's everyone's favorite—breakfast for dinner! So gather your crew (guests welcome!) and enjoy a night of pure fun. 5:30–8 pm; activities and dinner • Cost: $23 adults $17 children 7–12 Free for 6 and under Just activities: $10 per family Learn to make this famous dessert— think coconut cream pie crossed with heaven—at Hot Stove Society. A Tom Douglas Restaurants instructor will lead this hands-on evening, complete with wine and appetizers, at Douglas' cooking school, located inside Hotel Andra. Bonus: Your own pie to take home.
