NOT-YOUR-MOTHER'S MIMOSA
RECIPE
• 1 oz. Cointreau
• 3 oz. orange juice (optional)
• Treveri Blanc de Blancs or
other off-dry sparkling wine
• Fee Brothers grapefruit bitters
• Orange peel for garnish
Add Cointreau to glass. If using, add
orange juice. Add sparkling wine
to desired fullness, then apply two
dashes of bitters. Express orange peel
over the surface of the drink, then add
to glass as a garnish.

Ready to kick-start your winter weekends?! Liven things up with a
Not-Your-Mother's Mimosa. Cointreau lends a sweet citrus note
to sparkling wine, and grapefruit bitters bring a bit of zest. You
can add orange juice for a more traditional mimosa experience,
although this bartender advises that juice takes up valuable space
