Dress up and get ready for a little magic with a plated breakfast and some memorable entertainment. Sing some of your favorite Disney songs, enjoy fantasy-filled storytelling, and snag a photo with a princess! Learn about the sport, try it out, and discover why it's harder than it looks! Join other WAC members for a fun afternoon at North Seattle's Granite Curling Club. Get fitted with grippers and knee pads before a safety talk and instructional video. Then hit the ice and learn to curl! We'll take a mid-session warm-up break for lunch— members can bring their own beverages. Event is 21-plus. Join the festivities in the Crystal Ballroom for an evening of merriment, celebration, and dancing. Cancel by January 31. 12 14th Tubing & Brews This member favorite is celebrating 14 years! Get ready for two hours of endless entertainment as you race down the hill in a rubber tube. Once your inner thrill- seeker has been satisfied, we'll head to a restaurant for post-tubing drinks and dinner. Round-trip transportation, tubing ticket, late-night dinner, and two drink tickets included. Join us for our third annual private, fully guided, all-day snowshoeing adventure. This year, we'll travel to Mount Rainier, where we'll trek across snow-packed meadows between sub- alpine fir trees and explore some of the lowland forests between Longmire, the National Park Inn, and the Nisqually River. Take a break for lunch and enjoy some local Washington wine. Then, it's back out onto the trail before heading home to the city. Trip includes transportation, snowshoe equipment and instruction, naturalist guides, snacks, and lunch with wine.
