In just eight weeks, Duane will teach you the game of bridge using humor to keep the lessons fun. Herzig has been teaching bridge beginners for the past 20 years and is an American Contract Bridge League–certified teacher and expert player. Day session: 1:30–3:30 pm; evening session: sold out. $85. 12 & 13 Imagine Van Gogh Exhibit I & II—Canceled Spend an artistic afternoon or evening out with Dutch post-impressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh as we head to the Tacoma Armory to see the elaborate, multi-sensory production of Imagine Van Gogh: The Immersive Exhibition. Fiction and reality blend at this immersive show that has taken the nation by storm. This is an interactive experience and not a viewing of original artwork. Limited number of tickets available. Optional lunch or happy hour at Hagerty's before the show. Did you know that there used to be a parking garage and a bowling alley inside the Club? Join WAC engineer Bill Rawe for a detailed tour of all the places you've wondered about. You'll discover back staircases, the wine cellar, chiller room, dog kennels, and more. Tour includes light appetizers and a beverage. No skills needed, just come ready to have fun! u Thursday; 6–8:30 pm; $20; cancel by January 13. 21 Cocktails & Comedy N Kick off Friday evening with cocktails and eats at the WAC, then mosey on down to Pike Place Market for some local improv comedy from Theatresports at Unexpected Productions, Seattle's popular weekly, high-stakes, competitive improv comedy show. Based on audience suggestions, two teams of incredible improvisers rumble, creating exciting fast-paced improv games, hilarious stories, scenes, and songs right on the spot!
