But before we completely turn the page, I want to reflect on the end of 2021. With the ever-changing COVID-19 mandates and local protocols, our WAC community adapted and, in many ways, flourished under those circumstances. How wonderful was it to hold Jubilee 91, our flagship event of the year, and our New Year's Eve party in person! e holiday season is so special at the WAC and it was great to be able to share that experience with our membership aer missing out in 2020. Now on to 2022! e beginning of a new year allows us to reset and focus on what's ahead. I'm probably not the only one whose workout routine has lacked its normal consistency. Now is a great time to re-engage your personal training sessions or to visit the Wellness Center to develop a plan to make this your healthiest year yet. Additionally, it feels great to reopen the refurbished WAC Café on the 8th Floor soon and to unveil one of our newest amenities—the golf and entertainment simulator. I recently played a few holes on the simulator, and I'm certain our membership will be excited to put it to use. We enter 2022 with great momentum, and the Club continues to offer special experiences inside and outside of our doors. e Morris Trophy, Main Event, and Father Daughter Banquet are all coming right up, and the list goes on. Let's have a great 2022 at the WAC. Happy New Year! Jason Hamilton Chairman of the Board of Governors jhamilton@wac.net
