Led by a Wing Luke Museum guide, our one-mile walk starts at the museum and stops at some of the neighborhood's best-known dumpling spots. We'll have a look— and taste—as we eat and learn about the history of this East Asian staple food. Plus, we'll get to meet the talented local chefs behind the scenes of our authentic dumpling experience. u Friday; 5–7:30 pm; $60; cancel by February 21. 19 Street Hues: Seattle Urban Art Tour N Seattle boasts a vibrant culture of street art, the world's longest mural display along the light rail corridor in Sodo, and brilliant work from local artists that decorate the city's buildings and alleyways. Join our small- group walking adventure to explore the street art in Seattle's Capitol Hill and Chinatown-International District neighborhoods. On this community outing, we'll travel by foot and streetcar to examine various forms of street art. Become the proud "public" in public art as we celebrate local artists and explore themes such as ownership, power, and identity in street art. This tour is in partnership with 206 Zulu, Experience Education, and Urbanists. u Saturday; 10 am–12:30 pm; $50; cancel by March 11. 25 70th Mother Son Dinner: Slam Dunk N Dribble on over for a hoops- themed party at our 70th Mother Son Dinner! Battle it out at Pop-a-Shot basketball, fist pump with your favorite local mascot, visit the photo booth, watch a classic game or two on the big screens, and more! Feast on a delicious dinner buffet and some tasty desserts prepared by the WAC kitchen. Then, we'll hit the 8th Floor basketball court for a clinic with Watts Basketball that's perfect for moms and sons! This event is sure to be a slam dunk for all ages—don't forget to wear your favorite basketball jersey!
