Special Events Adult Basketball League Registration Through September 10 The WAC's in-house league plays a seven-game fall season, plus playoffs, from September–December. Enjoy the excitement of being on a team of your peers. The WAC basketball league has a place for players of all levels. League is for WAC members 21-plus. X Sundays: 10:30–11:45 am MAX Cycle An all-out endurance ride that incorporates the newest in fitness programming. X Tuesdays/Thursdays/ Saturdays: 7–8 am Pilates Mat Floor exercises strengthen your abdominals, gluteal, and lower back muscles as you lengthen and improve alignment, coordination and balance. X Tuesdays: 12–1 pm Restorative Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler, slower-paced style of yoga. Props assist with therapeutic poses. X Mondays: 8:30–9:45 am; Saturdays: 12–1:15 pm TRX Core A full-body workout designed to strengthen the postural muscles. Class is taught using a TRX suspension trainer, but accommodations can be made for those who do not have one. Other optional equipment includes weights and gliders.
