DECEMBER The annual holiday wine sale goes virtual with two timed events on wac.net. Members buy over 1,000 bottles. The WAC celebrates its 90th anniversary on December 16. Members partake in a luxury take-home box of libations and beverages as well as a virtual party. The first wave of COVID-19 vaccinations arrives in Washington for health workers and patients of long-term care facilities. WAC fitness areas reopen on Monday, January 11. University of Southern California's Alijah Vera-Tucker and University of Oregon's Kayvon Thibodeaux are honored as the two best linemen in the Pac-12 and receive the Morris Trophy at a virtual awards ceremony hosted by the WAC. Healthy Washington: Roadmap to Recovery Phase 2 begins February 1, allowing for increased fitness capacities. JANUARY FEBRUARY Two take-home boxes—a gift basket and a gourmet meal— bring the love of Valentine's Day to WAC members. Torchy's hosts limited in-house diners. Hagerty's reopens for lunch, dinner, and happy hour. Weekend brunch returns to Torchy's. 20 21
