Fit Fusion (HIIT) A high-intensity interval workout designed to get you burning max calories. Exercises and props vary, modifications for members without props are provided. You're going to love this fast- paced calorie burner! X Saturdays: 9–10 am Get Fit Total Body Stretch and strengthen your body from head to toe during Total Body practice. Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a more gentle or entry-level workout. X Fridays: 10–10:45 am Get Fit Yoga A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing, and relaxation. Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a gentler or entry-level workout. X Tuesdays/Thursdays: 8:30–9:45 am Hatha Yoga Improve your strength, flexibility and balance with mindful connection. X Sundays: 10:30–11:45 am MAX Cycle An all-out endurance ride that incorporates the newest in fitness programming. Our instructors guide you through a new ride each time with sprints, hills, and other stamina challenges. X Tuesdays/Thursdays/ Saturdays: 7–8 am Pilates Mat Floor exercises strengthen your abdominals, gluteal, and lower back muscles as you lengthen and improve alignment, coordination and balance. X Tuesdays: 12–1 pm Restorative Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler and slower-paced style of yoga. Props assist with therapeutic poses. X Mondays: 8:30–9:45 am; Saturdays: 3–4:15 pm TRX Core A full-body workout designed to strengthen the postural muscles. Class is taught using a TRX suspension trainer, but accommodations can be made for those who do not have one. Other optional equipment includes weights and gliders. X Sundays: 8:15–9:15 am Vinyasa Yoga Fluid transitions between poses link your body and breath and focus on honing your alignment. X Mondays/Fridays at 10:30–11:30 am; Wednesdays: 5–6 pm Yoga Shala Enjoy this practice of longer- held poses that lengthen and align the body. X Wednesdays: 9–10:30 am Adult Aquatic Programs Stroke Analysis Thirty minutes and three different camera angles help us analyze your stroke in detail and give you feedback. Private Swim Lessons Private lessons for all levels available during family swim times, based on instructor availability. X $40 per 30-minute lesson. Semi-private lessons ($50; two-person limit) also available. Register at wac.net/ private-swim-lessons. Masters Swim Team Join organized pool workouts to enhance endurance and improve your technique. Beginner to advanced lap swimmers ages 18-plus welcome to attend. At press time, masters swim team was not available and will resume when possible.
