January's irsty ursday gets the year started with a
tequila tasting. Event attendees will take their margarita
skills to a new level with El Jimador Reposado. We'll also
enjoy a profile tasting of four levels of Herradura, including
history and tasting education from the experts. e WAC kitchen
will provide take-home Mexican regional specialties to enjoy
with the tasting.
Whether you're new to the cocktail scene or an old hand

Cocktail Club
The WAC Cocktail Club, a
club within the Club, was
born out of member interest
in learning more about the
art of craft cocktail production
and experiencing unique
alcoholic spirits from the
Pacific Northwest and around
the globe. As of press time,
there were a few openings.
Membership is capped at 50
and includes a $50 join fee
and $20 annual renewal.
