Laura Heydrich
Laura leads WAC members in a fun
setting filled with challenge and
camaraderie. Whether one-on-one
or in a small group, members work
within their abilities and reach goals
at their own pace. Laura is a former
bodybuilder and helped launch the
Women on Weights program at
Western Washington University.
Mona Caravetta
Mona has a long-standing relationship
with the WAC's active aging population.
She is an expert in training pre- and
post-rehab clients. She is also well-
versed in developing programs for
functional strength aimed at injury
prevention and improved performance
in sport and daily living.
