LAYSER'S PECAN
WHISKEY SOUR
2 oz. Templeton Rye Whisky
rested on toasted pecans
1 oz. house-made pecan orgeat
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. egg white
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice,
shake, and strain into coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with grated nutmeg.
CUCUMBER COOLER
2 wedges of lime
2 thick-cut cucumber slices
1 thin-cut cucumber slice for garnish
Q Elderflower Tonic
1 big sprig of rosemary
1 small sprig of rosemary
Rub the big sprig of rosemary between your fingers to release oils.
Add the sprig to a mixing glass with cucumber and lime and muddle vigorously.
Add mixture to a highball glass and fill with ice. Top with tonic
and garnish with a slice of cucumber and a small sprig of rosemary.
