BARREL-AGED OLD-FASHIONED
2 oz. Epic Sh't barrel-aged gin
½ oz. simple syrup
1 dash Fee Brothers barrel-aged bitters
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
Orange peel
Combine gin, bitters, and simple syrup in a double-rocks
(old-fashioned) glass or bucket. Stir, squeeze orange peel over to
impart oils, add one large ice cube, and garnish with orange peel.
MEZCAL NEGRONI
1 oz. Mezcal Vago
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
Orange twist
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass or shaker, stir,
and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
