Speaking of wac.net, let's jump right into our first Q&A. Ask Member Services A new WAC Magazine feature for your common questions & I'm frequently asked if I have a us- ername and password for wac.net. Why is this so important? A: Your wac.net username and password give you 24/7 access to WAC membership perks and information only available to our WAC member community. You can access our member-only business directory, refer a potential new member, research reciprocal clubs using our new interactive map, and request letters of introduction to clubs in our network. You can also view your member statement in real time, pay your bill, make reservations at the Inn at the WAC (with Spa at the WAC reservations coming soon), and review Club financials. Most important, you can easily refer to the WAC Bylaws, House Rules, and policies. Contact Member Services to get your wac.net credentials set up right away! Q: Speaking of WAC governance, the subject of misconduct in various forms is a highly visible topic in the news. Does the WAC have a clear policy on this subject? A: Yes. e WAC is committed to a harmonious environment for all members, team members, and guests. Anyone who walks through our doors deserves dignity and mu- tual respect. e WAC's full policy, along with WAC Bylaws and House Rules, is in the membership section of wac.net and is accessible with a us- ername and password. Please review them and honor them. Q: Our membership card photos are quite out of date. My kids aren't toddlers anymore and some of our hairstyles have, well … evolved. How quickly can we update our photos? A: Changing your membership card photo is the easiest thing you will do today! Simply email us a current photo or stop by the lobby Member Services desk so we can snap a new pic.
