She quickly realized the Club offered so much more. "I love that it feels like a home away from home," says Bettina, who leads a community engagement program for Amazon. "Everyone knows you by name." ere are weeks that Bettina finds herself at the Club every day, whether she's taking a Pilates class, visiting the Spa at the WAC, spending time in the pool with her stepson, or having a drink with a new mem- ber. She's found that the best way to showcase the WAC is to host prospective members at Jubilee. "What happens at Jubilee stays at Jubilee," she winks. Brett Kaluza A Pacific Northwest native, Brett Kaluza grew up in Samma- mish, played baseball at the University of Washington, and now works in downtown Seattle. While his ties to the region have given him a solid network of friends and business col- leagues, his WAC membership has made those connections even stronger. "Every day that I go into the WAC I run into someone I know," he says. Brett finds himself in the Club for business and pleasure. His company's leadership team has held off-site meetings at the WAC, and Brett finds it convenient to fit in an early-morning workout in an effort to beat the traffic from his home in West Seattle.
