This exercise strengthens your abs and obliques. Lie flat on your back with your feet flat on the floor and your hands behind your head. Bring your elbow and shoulder across your body toward the opposite knee. Focus on lifting your shoulder and contracting your abs. Inhale and return to starting position. Repeat using the other elbow and leg. He spent his childhood ex- ploring the expansive outdoors of the Centennial State. Days and evenings biking, swimming, and playing baseball and tennis were an important part of his formative years. "We would stay out un- til sunset," George says. "Being physical- ly active is just how we socialized." is nascent love for fitness—and a desire to avoid deskbound life—bloomed into a career. By 2012, George found himself recruited by the WAC. He began by teaching Zumba, and his knack for leadership helped him rise through the ranks quickly. He says he's proud to lead a team of "outstanding, self-driven fitness entrepreneurs." George strives to inspire passion in his team through communication, education, and occa- sional risk-taking. "I am continuously learning how to enhance my leadership skills," he says. "Everyone wants to be here and to succeed. I am grateful for all the support I receive."
