Farm fresh tomato dinner
In late August members enjoyed a stunning open-air rooop
dinner overlooking Elliott Bay, where Chef Austin presented
a three-course farm-to-table tasting menu featuring freshly
harvested tomatoes in every dish! From gazpacho to a tomato
jam tartlet, this sold out dinner celebrated the colorful flavors
of the Pacific Northwest growing season.
