FALL / WINTER 2026 31 club life corporate wellness program Q U I N N T O O M E Y Baird's advisors. Brian and a colleague have leveraged the services of Dietian Liz Wyosnick, inspiring a revamp of Baird's in-office snack offerings. "Less chips and candy, more fruit," says Brian, the Seattle office's managing director. What began as an effort to boost the health and wellness of Baird's Seattle-based employees has resulted in a benefit Brian didn't expect—more employees back in the office! Along with in-office perks such as a company wellness program and upgrades to the physical space, WAC memberships make in-person work more appealing. No small feat, given rising gas prices and oen-lengthy commutes. "We don't have an in-office mandate," Brian says. "But, we do see the value of having people in the office, where younger associates can learn from more senior associates. We created an office space where people want to spend time, then leveraged the WAC to round that out." Wellness builds connection For Matt, WAC membership helps keep his team healthy, motivated, and connected to each other and their community. "We're a team that asks a lot of its people, and you can't ask for sustained performance without giving health a real place to live," he says. "e WAC is that place." Joining the WAC's Corporate Wellness Program is easy— and available to small businesses and large corporations alike. To participate, a minimum of five employees from the company or organization must apply for membership. The company can choose to cover each employee's entry fee, monthly dues, both, or neither. Benefits include: • Half-off the entry fees • WAC Rewards points for the company, which can be used toward events, meetings, or company parties • Advertising opportunities in WAC Magazine • Preferred rates at the Inn at the WAC To get a feel for life at the WAC, employers can schedule a Club visit for their employees, either individually or as a group. "We typically provide tours for interested employees so they can experience the Club firsthand," Membership and Corporate Partnership Executive Maura Weaver says. "We can also host a happy hour or informational event for your team, allowing everyone to visit at the same time and explore the facilities together."
