During the past two years, all four high-rise lifts inside the Clubhouse have received new hoist motors, controls, and cables. In addition, a new dispatch system was installed. The first thing members will likely notice when the project wraps up—work is scheduled for completion in June—is that you will no longer choose your desti- nation floor from inside the elevator. Instead, you'll select your floor from outside the lifts. "Members will notice the difference in convenience and efficiency and bottom-line travel time in getting to their destinations around the Club," WAC Presi- dent & CEO Chuck Nelson says.
