A big reason for this is our attentive WAC team that creates a warm, welcoming and comforting atmosphere for us. Every day, they are here to make sure we have a wonderful experience. Some of them we see. Many of them we don't. I would like to share one example of how the WAC team took it upon themselves to transform what could have been a bad experience into a fun and unique experience. During Jubilee, one of the elevator panels failed, requiring it to be run manually. Team members Charles Webster, Ben Stanton, Patty Smith, Terrance Adams, Jack Gracic, Randy Wurl, Bill Rawe, and Laurie Sorensen jumped in and made it a special experience, taking members to the floor they requested with old-fashioned and personal service at its best. Please take a moment to acknowledge all of our wonderful team members when you are in the Club. On another note, you might know that Seattle is the fastest-growing big city in the country. Our growth has brought a new level of vitality to the city and the WAC. e Club is performing well fiscally, and improvements can be seen all around. is month's feature article starting on page 32 looks more closely at Seattle's growth.
