Join a diverse league of winning teams with WAC Adult Bas- ketball. Our in-house league plays a 14-game regular sea- son from September–March. Enjoy the excitement of being on a team of your peers and facing off against local and regional athletic clubs in your division. The WAC basketball league has a place for players of all levels. Don't wait to sign up for this popular Club tradition. League is for WAC members 21-plus. Great for those with knee, hip, and other joint issues. u Wednesdays: 1:30–2:30 pm; Fridays: 10:45–11:45 am Cardio Express A 30-minute, low-impact water workout. u Mondays: 10:30–11 am Deep Water Aerobics This class offers a safe and challenging water-based workout that includes cardio conditioning and body toning in deep water. u Mondays: 11–11:45 am Fridays: 10–10:45 am Joints in Motion Ease joint and muscle pain with gentle range-of-motion, joint-mobility, and flexibility exercises. Great for those suffering from arthritis, muscle pain, stiffness or injury. u Wednesdays: 10:30–11 am Masters Swim Team Enhance endurance and im- prove stroke technique with organized workouts from Masters Coach Eric Williamson.
