the wac's cioppino
A San Francisco treat at the WAC
Created by San Francisco's unlucky fishermen, debated by chefs, loved
by seafood fans, cioppino stands as a West Coast favorite older than Pike
Place Market and yet new every time. Find our Northwest version—with
mussels, clams, shrimp, lobster, cod and salmon—on Club menus through
July. Unlike those early fishermen seeking wharf handouts from others
with fresh catch, you won't need to troll with an empty pot. Just drop your
net at Torchy's or Hagerty's and enjoy!

The WAC's Northwest
Cioppino comes
complete with a
savory broth of garlic,
tomato and wine. It
pairs perfectly with
a Willamette Valley
Pinor Noir or Spanish
Tempranillo, both
available by the glass
or bottle in Torchy's
and Hagerty's.
