Book Club: "Harlem Shuffle" JANUARY 26 An acclaimed novel from two-time Pulitzer Prize– winner Colson Whitehead, "Harlem Shuffle" is a riveting crime novel set in 1960s Harlem. It follows furniture salesman and family man Ray Carney, who is dragged into the criminal underworld by his cousin. The novel is a vibrant exploration of identity, family, and the constant negotiation between a straight and a crooked life in a city defined by both. Monday; 5–6:30 pm; complimentary.
