At nearly 95 years old, our club has played an important role in many people's lives, and I am excited to continue the legacy of creating memories and enriching lives through the WAC's myriad programs and expanding traditions. Fieen years ago, I joined the WAC with the hope of meeting new people. What I instead discovered was a unique setting that would become the backdrop for many milestones in life. From meeting my husband to kids swim lessons to honing my speaking skills at Toastmasters, the Club is there for the different seasons of life and became a cornerstone of my family's story. Great leadership is part of the WAC legacy, and I want to personally thank former Chairman Jennifer Porto (2022– 2023) and Immediate Past Chairman Roger Wylie (2023–2024) for their friendship and commitment to the Club. Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude to the WAC's team members and to President & CEO Chuck Nelson. eir care of the building and members makes the WAC a truly special place. e WAC is more than a clubhouse. It is a community that builds friendships, professional development, and family. I look forward to seeing you around the Club!
