Committed to excellence In this issue of WAC Magazine, we take an entertaining look ahead at late summer and a fond look back at the now-concluded WAC 2023–2024 fiscal year. We can revel in the present and reflect on the past as we highlight the events and experiences created at the WAC during the last 12 months. It is one of my favorite things to do, to be reminded of the growth of the Club and the multi- tude of ways that our wonderful WAC community comes together. is is truly a special place, and it brings joy to recall what the WAC is all about. I also want to thank Roger Wylie for his leadership as this past year's Chairman of the Board of Governors. Roger's consistent support and steadfast appreciation for all departments and areas of the Club is heartening to members and team members alike. And welcome Maria Finlayson to the role of Chairman of the Board for 2024–2025! Maria and her family are avid participants in all things WAC, and she brings great wisdom, perspective, and professionalism to her leadership position. We look forward to working with her on behalf of the membership. Here's wishing a happy end-of-summer to you all while also looking forward to fall and continuing daily adventures at the Club.
