X Mondays: 10–11 am Aqua Fit Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler, slower-paced aqua yoga session. Improve your strength, flexibility, and balance in the water. X Thursdays: 10–11 am Blitz 45 Short on time, big on results. These high-efficiency workouts keep your routine fresh and on target. Instructors focus on a mix of our many formats, such as strength, plyometrics, cardio, and core.
