I hope you have all enjoyed a blessed and wonderful holiday season, no doubt enhanced by some, or all, of the seasonal WAC events and gatherings! Now we move onto 2022, as a new year brings new hopes and ambitions for all areas of our lives. e circumstances of the past 22 months have taught us all to live in the relatively short-term, and to make the most of however far out we can reasonably anticipate. We have become masters of looking at the next month and not beyond! But the more chaotic things become, the more uncertainty we have, the more important it is to have something to rely on. Many of us have ramped up our introspection and made some decisions on what is important to us. At the WAC, we have focused on our core values: Leadership, Excellence, Integrity, Service, and Sensitivity. An environment where mutual respect is expected. ose have been our rock, our compass.
