Family Judo
Learn Judo from Dr. Al Alex-
ander, a fifth-degree black belt
and international judo compet-
itor. The martial art of judo is a
special form of wrestling that
emphasizes throws and grap-
pling. Traditions, discipline,
respect, and mental training
are a few of its benefits.
