At the WAC, we believe enriching our members' quality of life extends to work as much as it does play. at's why when it comes to providing members with event spaces to fit any need, we mean business. Our 16 event spaces provide a perfect option for every occasion, from large- scale business conferences to team bonding over happy hour. To book a space, connect with Director of Catering Sales and planner extraordinaire Katie Takahashi. Katie will work with you to select the appropriate space for your needs, whether it be a tucked-away dining room, a view-studded lounge with water and city vistas, or all the glitz and glamour of the Crystal Ballroom. Katie can recommend third-party vendors and decorators and coordinate in-house catering to ensure you and your company are provided with a custom experience. WAC Executive Chef Eric Floyd and the kitchen team, meanwhile, provide food service options ranging from breakfast buffets to brown-bag lunches and multicourse dinners. "We do our best to accommodate any need that comes our way," Katie says. Recent upgrades to the Club's audio-visual equipment include 360-degree video conference calls that bring remote and on-site attendees together seamlessly. "We are continually working to stay up to date with our A/V program," Katie says. "It's been wonderful to provide meetings and events where everyone feels included, including those who can't actually be on-site." —WAC members may sponsor meetings and events at the Club whether or not the member themselves will attend.
