Come train for the Seattle Marathon with elite marathon runner Yon Yilma. The running club will host regular organized workouts and long runs as a team. Aqua Boot Camp: Low intensity Low intensity for those who want a workout without aggravating joints, hips, and knees. Interval-style class with resting periods. Minimal swimming. X Fridays: 11 am–12 pm Aqua Boot Camp: High intensity High intensity for those who want a tough water workout. Boot camp–style class designed with interval training and swimming. X Fridays: 10–11 am Aqua Fit Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler, slower-paced aqua yoga session. Improve your strength, flexibility, and balance in the water. X Thursdays: 10–11 am Blitz 45 Short on time, big on results. These high-efficiency workouts keep your routine fresh and on target. Instructors focus on one of our many formats, such as strength, plyometrics, cardio, and core. X Mondays/Wednesdays: 6–6:45 pm; Tuesdays/ Thursdays: 5–5:45 pm CORE Cycle Lights–out, music–driven rhythm ride. All levels welcome. X Mondays/Wednesdays: 12–1 pm; Tuesdays: 6–7 pm Deepwater Aqua Fit Using fitness disciplines, this class offers a safe and challenging water-based workout that includes cardio conditioning, body toning, and exhilaration in the deep and shallow water. X Mondays: 10–11 am Get Fit Total Body Get Fit Total Body is an overall total conditioning class to get you moving from head to toe! X Mondays/Wednesdays/ Fridays: 10–10:45 am Power Yoga Flow with breath and challenge your power poses. Bring your mat, water bottle, and heart center. X Tuesdays: 6–7 pm; Saturdays: 10:30–11:30 am ReBoot Intermediate and advanced drills and intervals. This is a WAC Wall Street closing bell favorite! X Mondays/Wednesdays: 1:30–2:30 pm Shallow Water Aqua Fit A low-impact, fun and invigorating workout. Get in shape using the water's weight-bearing quality. X Wednesdays: 10–11 am TRX Core Full–body workout using the TRX Suspension Trainer, designed to strengthen the postural muscles. Optional equipment if available: weights and gliders. X Saturdays/Sundays: 8–9 am Vinyasa Yoga Let our instructors guide you through sequences that align your body and activate your center. All levels are welcome. X Mondays: 6–7 pm; Tuesdays: 12–1 pm Virtual Fitness Classes Online fitness classes led by WAC instructors over Zoom. All attendees must have a Zoom account to participate and should pre-register using Mindbody. Virtual classes included with Fitness Advantage, $16 per class without.
