Life University's Alexandria "Spiff " Sedrick won the 2020 MA Sorensen Award as the top U.S. women's collegiate rugby player, and Saint Mary's Payton Telea Ilalio took home the 2020 Rudy Scholz Award as the top U.S. men's collegiate rugby player. Sally Kamvachirapitag A Washington native, Sally Kamvachi- rapitag grew up in various towns around Puget Sound and attended cosmetology school at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood. Aer graduation, Sally advanced her skills in apprenticeship and training programs and worked in a full-service family salon and spa. "Meet- ing new people is the best part of my career," she says. "I'm very excited to join the WAC community." Sally especially loves cutting kids' hair and is available Wednesdays through Saturdays. Emilio Davila Also from the Seattle area, Emilio Da- vila has worked in top salons around the city. With nearly four decades of experience, he's committed to keeping his scissor skills sharp. He attends the Toni & Guy academy in New York City annually, working on his cra and staying on-trend with hair and color styles. "I love and enjoy what I do," he says. Emilio specializes in modern hair design, color, and highlighting. He's available Tuesdays and Wednesdays. e WAC Clubhouse seemingly stood still for nearly three months as most WAC operations were paused—along with the rest of the city—during the COVID-19 pandemic and statewide shutdown. Now that operations are ramping up again, members are itching to get back to the Clubhouse. Share your first visit back by snapping a selfie— make that a "maskie"—at the Club and posting it to Instagram or Facebook with @thewacseattle and #waclove. The Clubhouse is coming back to life
