The spring catch is heating up! Our two-month run of
seafood specials returns in May and June. Look for seafood
specials in Torchy's and Hagerty's—including this
wild Alaska salmon tataki salad. Avocado, gingered
pea vines, and sesame vinaigrette perfectly complement
lightly seared salmon crusted in sesame seeds.
