Taste Washington Winemaker Dinner

More than a hundred members and their guests gathered in the Crystal Ballroom
to sip and celebrate Washington wines in honor of Washington Wine Month. From
appetizers to dessert, each course was expertly paired with an Evergreen State
varietal. Winemakers and owners offered their insights on each pairing and edu-
cated the room on what went into making their wines. Attendees enjoyed plates
from guest chefs Danna Hwang of Peony Kitchen, Adam Smith of Blue Ribbon
Cooking, and Pat Donahue of Anthony's Restaurants, as well as from WAC Execu-
tive Chef Eric Floyd and his in-house team. Until next year, cheers!
