Celebrating five years at the WAC WAC team members rocked and rolled all the way back to the 1950s at this year's Grease-themed Team Member Awards Banquet, held in late February in the Crystal Ballroom. e evening of dinner, dancing, and appreciation included the announcement of Banquet Manager Patrick Van Stavern as 2018 Team Member of the Year. After completing an MBA and taking a yearlong hiatus from the WAC, Kamil returned to the Club in 2014 as Director of Hotel Operations. Just three years later, he was promoted to his current position of Inn General Manager. "Kamil is never satisfied with the status quo," CFO Paul Lowber says. "He is always looking for new opportunities for his team and seeks to always be growing as a leader." Kamil says he thrives in this always-changing environment. "The WAC gives me the opportunity to redefine myself every day," he says. "I find that personally and professionally enriching, and I am proud to be part of this organization." teamworks Team Member of the Year Patrick Van Stavern.
