And now … meditate!? As if we needed yet another item on our "to do" lists, along comes National Meditation Month. Here's the thing: I don't want you to stop eating right, exercising, or getting enough sleep. But if you only have time for one of these things a day, I'd say you get the most bang for your buck with meditation. In fact, I'd even go so far as to say that if you meditate for at least a few minutes every day, you'll find yourself more productive and more able to fit in other life-fortifying acts. Kettlebells, dumbbells, plyo boxes, medicine balls, and bands are also available.
