Recently, a friend at lunch commented that I was almost halfway through my term as Chairman. We have had a great fiscal year so far, consistently ahead of plan in all areas of the Club! As we begin 2018, most of us think about improving our business, civic, family, and personal lives. Many of us also think about how to optimize our health and happiness. e Washington Athletic Club's Wellness 360 program is a fantastic way to accomplish this. It integrates fitness, nutri- tion, lifestyle, and recovery services and takes a holistic approach to happiness and well-being. I have personally seen excellent improvement working with Nutritionist Eric Chen for a year now. Lower overall body fat, no heartburn, and a knee that has been restored with athletic recovery massage treatments.
