You are invited to let the WAC be your holiday shopper, your event planner, and your personal chef. Your club is here to make your life easier and better! On behalf of the Washington Athletic Club and its 350 team members, I wish you the best of the season. May it be filled with memorable experiences—traditional and new— shared with family and friends. ank you for your support of the Club and its employees and for having the WAC as a contributing companion. Happy holidays! is is the happy time of the year, with high energy and activity around downtown Seattle for the holidays! Each December, many of us think about our own holiday traditions, from Hanukkah menorah lighting to Christmas Eve candlelight service to Santa photos, decorated trees, musical concerts, classic ballet performances, gi exchanges ... the list goes on. I have many fond memories of the holiday season—going with my dad to find a Christmas tree, watching my mother bake cookies, helping prepare plates of treats for friends and neighbors, sending holiday cards, shopping for unique gis, and especially sitting down to Christmas dinner with grand- parents, aunts, uncles, and friends. ese days, I continue to celebrate the holiday season in much the same way with a little help from the WAC.
