Her commitment and dedication to her work as a women's fitness attendant make her a role model and mentor for other attendants. "Emma works extraordinarily long hours on the weekends with plenty of energy and focus," Women's & Coed Fitness Manager Maureen Eggers says. "She is always prepared to go out of her way to help someone." Fellow team member Tessie Lontoc agrees. "Emma is hard-working but fun and easy to be around," she says. Emma says she loves working at the WAC. M A N A G E R S O F T H E Q U A R T E R S P R I N G Bryan Cook Engineering In his 15 years at the WAC, Chief Engineer Bryan Cook's dedication, hard work, and attention to detail have earned him respect throughout the Clubhouse. Bryan leads a team that handles preventive maintenance, installations, and repairs. His can-do attitude and organizational skills keep the building looking great and running smoothly. "Bryan takes everything he does and goes one step further," Engineering Administrative Assistant Patty Smith says. "He leaves whatever he touches better than before and really presents us as a premier private club." S U M M E R Allen Yoo I.T. Allen has exhibited unwavering dedication, excellence and compassion since joining the I.T. department in 2011. His hard work led to a promotion to I.T. Manager. Allen works diligently to develop support processes as well as networking and system administration standards and to implement key security enhancements. "Allen is knowledgeable, helpful and patient," I.T. Director Austin Kwak says. "He clearly derives enjoyment from his duties, and his enthusiasm has contributed to the fun working atmosphere in the I.T. office." club life teamworks
