WAC Open division men's basketball team wins national championship at the North American Association of Club Athletic Directors tournament in Detroit. Ninth annual Sorensen & Scholz Collegiate Rugby Player of the Year Awards honor Lindenwood's Freda Tafuna and BYU's Wyatt Parry as the best two rugby players in the country. Seafood Month brings Cajun shrimp, tandoori Wild Alaska salmon, and more to Club menus. Members kick off Pride Month at Seattle Seawolves Pride Night. e first 20s/30s Summer Social of the year draws more than 50 members to Old Stove Brewing Co.—Ship Canal. Paris Olympics begin. Fitness in the Park hosts complimentary Zumba and Yoga classes led by WAC instructors across from the Clubhouse in Freeway Park. Member athletes compete in the Seafair Triathlon, a WAC partner.
