Hiram Walker Triple Sec • ¼ oz. Martini & Rossi vermouth Finish with Scrappy's Grapefruit Bitters and garnish with a mango rose. To make the mango rose garnish, have a cocktail pick at the ready. Take a piece of dried mango and roll it tightly, then cut straight across at the top about three-quarters of an inch below the uneven edges. Run the cocktail pick through the mango and … voila! By Zoe Boblis In honor of the Crystal Ballroom's 50th anniversary, may we introduce the Candelabra. This WAC riff on the classic martini is best served stirred, not shaken, and will be the featured cocktail at the Crystal Celebration, set for Friday, Sep- tember 13. Ketel One Peach & Orange Blossom botanical vodka introduces delicate undertones, while a splash of Martini & Rossi vermouth complements the fruit infusion. Hiram Walker Triple Sec adds just a hint of sweetness, building on the citrus notes. But the surprising star of this drink is Nuestra Soledad's artisanal mezcal—rich, smoky, and playful. Served in a crystal coupe glass, this drink will add some serious fun to a night filled with history, auction items, and a splash of 1970s style. R E V A K E L L E R
