Party appetizers | Cocktail Corner | Beer dinners 16 WAC Magazine | wac.net Taste As part of the Crystal Ballroom's 50th anniversary, attendees at our Crystal Celebration fundraising gala will get a chance to time-travel back to 1974 with some throwback appetizers from the WAC's menu archives. ese historic recipes will deliver a bit of whimsy among the evening's modern culinary offerings, including sit-down dinner, while the Crystal Cocktail— "e Candelabra"—will serve as the night's featured libation.
