For many of us, this is a time when friends (old and new) and family (young and old) gather together to celebrate the season. As WAC members, we will likely find some (or most) of these gatherings taking place at the Clubhouse. WAC team members are at the center of all the moving parts that make the Club the place to be during the holidays. For WAC members, every floor we visit, every meal we eat, and every other aspect of the Club that we enjoy is made possible in some respect by WAC team members. I oen reflect on what a special place the WAC is, and I believe a big part of what makes it unique is that team members genuinely care about our well-being and about ensuring that we enjoy our experience each and every time we visit the Club. Team members oen refer to the family-like atmosphere that exists here at the Club. e Team Member Appreciation Fund is a long-standing tradition at the WAC. is month, you will see $50 on your monthly statement that is ear- marked to be given to our team mem- bers in December. is is a suggested amount, of course. You may also increase it if you would like. e Team Member Appreciation Fund is critical to the wonderful team members who help create a great expe- rience for all of us at the WAC. I am told that in addition to using the gi for their own families, many team members also use it to give back to the greater commu- nity in wonderful ways. ank you for your continued membership and support of this great Club. When your statement arrives this month, I hope that you reflect generous- ly on all the interactions, large and small, that you have throughout the year with our wonderful group of team members.
