Team member of the month Manager of the quarter SEPTEMBER 2018 FALL 2018 OCTOBER 2018 DECEMBER 2018 PAUL HUDSON FOOD & BEVERAGE BUYER Longtime team member Paul Hudson has held all kinds of roles at the WAC through the years. In his current position, Paul handles kitchen requests, places orders, manages inventory, and anticipates the needs of the Club's three restaurants. "Paul's work ethic is second to none. He gets things done without any direction," Purchasing Manager Tony Sundberg says. "I call it the 'see it and do it' approach." In his spare time, Paul creates indigenous-inspired wood carvings infused with glass. His work is available for purchase in the lobby-level Club Shop. CRIS ESMILE MEN'S FITNESS ATTENDANT Since joining the WAC team in 2017, Cris Esmile has showcased his unrelenting dedication to gold-standard service and personal growth. "I am humbled to work with a person of his merit and look forward to watching his path toward continued success unfold," Men's Fitness & Barbershop Manager Ben Stanton says. Cris' attention to detail and friendly personality rub off on his colleagues. "I am inspired by Cris every day," Men's Fitness Assistant Manager Terrance Adams says. Cris says he feels valued and respected at the WAC. "I have great co-workers and managers that make me strive to do my best every day," he says. MAE JACOBSON ASSOCIATE EDITOR Since starting in the Marketing Department in 2015, Mae Jacobson has helped elevate WAC Magazine while also taking on ownership of many aspects of wac.net and WAC social media. "She's a key contributor to our team and steps up when it counts," Content Director Darrick Meneken says. Mae oversees menu edits for the Club restaurants and creates and manages many aspects of the WAC website. "She embraces her work enthusiastically and turns out beautifully crafted, hardworking sentences that strike just the right tone," Vice President Membership & Marketing Michelle Pinson says. MAX REICH BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Max Reich began his career at the Club as a lifeguard in 2008. After transitioning to the Membership Department, Max found his niche and worked his way up to Business Development Manager, where one of his most important roles is growing the Club's membership. "When Max gives a tour, it's not just about showing our facilities," Vice President Membership & Marketing Michelle Pinson says.
