Kids Indoor Triathlon Saturday, April 25; 9 am e Kids Indoor Triathlon is a great way to teach your junior WAC members healthy and fun fitness habits. Participants will ride stationary bikes, run on the track, and finish with a swim in Helene Madison Pool. All participants will receive a bib number, water bottle, swim cap, and snack. e event will close with a pool party with the infamous WACness Monster and an awards ceremony. Participants will be awarded a finish medal. e emphasis will be on participation, building self-esteem, and teaching kids their inner strength. Ages 5–6 and 7–8: 1-mile bike, quarter-mile run, 50-yard swim; ages 9–10: 2-mile bike, half-mile run, 75-yard swim; ages 11–14: teams, contact Wayne Milner at wmilner@wac. net or 206.464.3076. Juniors Summer Camp July 13–17 Join us this summer for a packed week of Summer Camp fun! Kids will swim, explore Seattle with daily field trips, and learn something new every day!
