SEPTEMBER OCTOBER AUGUST The refresh and new seating at Hagerty's Sports Bar are a big hit. With the extended happy hour and game specials (and, well, one Super Bowl- winning team), we have seen a 10% sales increase. Marilyn Boss begins term as WAC Chairwoman. WAC's newest club within the Club—Women of the WAC—holds its inaugural meeting. Talented new WAC Pastry Chef Lori Masaki has reshaped the WAC pastry and bread program. Specialty breads and rolls are now baked in-house and our Signature Sticky Bun has never been more delicious. Or sticky. Member feedback survey launches at waclistens.com. Average review consistently exceeds four stars (out of five). We're striving to meet your needs and be five stars across the board. Inn at the WAC Olympic Suite is remodeled. It is the sixth of seven of our ever-popular (and profitable) suites to get a lavish upgrade. Oven upgrades in the WAC banquet kitchen have helped to achieve significant growth in catering services, as well as improving cooking quality and timing. New American cuisine comes to WAC restaurants with new Food & Beverage Vice President Peter Christian.
