Each session will consist of group classes, fitness fun, sports programs, swimming, crafts, and great field trips. e weeklong camps run from 9 am to 5 pm on Monday through Friday and include a Sports Café lunch. • Session 1 begins July 7—Great Wheel Week • Session 2 begins July 14—Science Center Week • Session 3 begins July 21—Ride the Ducks Week Price per week: $350 members/$400 guests (add $50 for 8 am arrival); minimum 10 campers needed each week; register with Kelly Parr at 206.464.3086 or kparr@wac.net. GROUP CLASSES All classes are $10 and are held in the 4th Floor studios unless otherwise noted. Please check the schedule posted outside the studios for class location. Class includes work with heavy bags and focus mitts as well as light sparring and jump rope exercise. Gloves available or bring your own. Tuesday/Thursday: 12–1 pm Sunday: 3:30–4:30 pm Cy–TRX Back to back intervals of cycling and TRX. Monday/ Wednesday: 10:45–11:45 am Friday: 12–1 pm Dance Cardio A mix of hip hop, Latin, and funk to challenge your cardiovascular endurance. Wednesday: 5:30–6:30 pm Friday: 11 am–12 pm; Saturday: 12–1 pm Endurance Cycle A 60-minute cycle class that incorporates measuring RPMs and wattage to build endurance and burn calories. Tuesday/Thursday: 7–8:15 am (finishes with 15 minutes of core), 10:45–11:45 am, 5:30–6:30 pm Saturday: 7:30–8:30 am Energy Cycle & Core Forty-five minutes of cycling to get your heart pumping and cal- ories burning, followed by a 15-minute core-strengthening workout. Monday/ Wednesday: 12–1 pm Tuesday/Thursday: 5:45–6:45 am Groove Cycle A music-driven calorie burn. Tuesday: 6:30–7:30 pm Kalorie Killer A nonstop step aerobics and muscular endurance class. Saturday: 8:45–10 am Pilates Mat Strengthen abdominals, gluteals and lower back muscles as you lengthen and improve alignment, coordination and balance. Tuesday/Thursday: 1:30–2:30 pm Sunday: 8:45–10 am Sculpt Circuit A highly efficient workout utilizing a variety of fitness tools in a circuit- style format to elevate the heart rate and burn more calories. Tuesday: 6–7 am Step & Sculpt Includes step and resistance training. Monday: 5:30–6:30 pm Thursday: 6–7 am Total Body Conditioning A music-driven, fast-paced strength and cardio workout. Monday/ Wednesday: 6–7 am TRX e TRX suspension training system uses body-weight and manipulates gravity using the leverage of various positions to improve muscular strength and endurance.
