Place feet slightly wider than shoulder-width. Keep back flat and heels on the ground. Bend your knees into squat position. Grab kettlebell. 2–3. Pass kettlebell between your legs from behind. Exchange hands and do the same thing on the other side, completing a figure 8 pattern. Attempt 20 or more repetitions. GO TO VIDEO! Campers can play during fitness activities and use their creative energy during crafts activities at our Club. ey will also have the opportunity to take exciting field trips to Seattle attractions. e three, week-long camp sessions take place Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Choose from the following: • Session 1: Great Wheel Week, July 7 • Session 2: Science Center Week, July 14 • Session 3: Ride the Ducks Week, July 21 At least 10 campers are required per session. A daily Sports Café lunch is included. e cost is $350 for members and $400 for guests. An 8 am arrival is available for an additional $50. THE WAC MASTERS SWIM TEAM RECENTLY HELD A party for their departing coach, Jennifer Mesler. WAC members Ruedi and Linda Risler hosted the party. "Being coached by Jennifer in the Masters team has been a highlight of my WAC membership," says Club member Tim Jones. Although Jennifer is scaling back her teaching responsibilities at the pool, she isn't leaving the WAC altogether. e ever-popular coach will still be teaching a few swim classes.
