Place feet slightly wider than shoulder-width. Keep back flat and heels on the ground. Bend your knees into squat position. Grab kettlebell. 2–3. Pass kettlebell between your legs from behind. THE WAC MASTERS SWIM TEAM RECENTLY HELD A party for their departing coach, Jennifer Mesler. WAC members Ruedi and Linda Risler hosted the party. "Being coached by Jennifer in the Masters team has been a highlight of my WAC membership," says Club member Tim Jones. Although Jennifer is scaling back her teaching responsibilities at the pool, she isn't leaving the WAC altogether. e ever-popular coach will still be teaching a few swim classes.
